How I’ve Overcome My Anger Issues

I work as a peer educator, and I also offer harm reduction services at the community level from Steps Tanzania. I remember that when I started working, I was having a tough time solving challenges which affected my work efficiency. Frankly speaking, I could not balance my feelings of anger or control my temper, I forced people to understand me so that they could change. It was difficult to get the changes that I desired, and there was poor communication between me and those who did not want to change. After receiving health communication training, I have received great benefits in my life. I have managed to change people and make them understand me without using much energy. By using various communication techniques, I have been able to achieve high efficiency in my tasks and also benefited in my daily life in all sectors. This training has given me a better awareness of my personality in my daily activities but has also simplified them as well.

I am thankful for this education and I suggest that it is disseminated down to the family level.
