Challenge Facility for Civil Society (CFCS) is the Stop TB Partnership (STP) grant mechanism for TB affected community and civil society organizations to transform the TB response so that it is rights-based, gender-transformative, people-centered and accountable. MKUTA is currently implementing CFCS Round 11 & 12 in four regions, which are Kigoma (Kigoma-Ujiji MC and Kasulu DC), Dodoma (Dodoma CC), Mtwara (Mtwara MC) and Tanga (Muheza DC), where 50 Community Health Volunteers are collecting data on service and social barriers that are related to Community, rights and gender (CRG) faced by TB patients. Those challenges are collected by using OneImpact-TBKiganjani, a smartphone application developed by Stop TB in collaboration with TB-affected communities all over the world. MKUTA are the custodians of OneImpact in Tanzania, being responsible for onboarding, training and scale up of the app in Tanzania.
