Hellen Nchagwa Mwita, a skilled social scientist and public health specialist, holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from MUHAS. With a diverse background including roles at NIMR, Muhimbili University, SNV Netherlands, and Majisafi group, she currently works with MKUTA, contributing to the Global Fund community TB program. Hellen excels in researching vulnerability, social behaviour in disease prevention, and health system interventions. With extensive experience in project implementation and evaluation, she focuses on understanding social and cultural influences on health, social determinants’ impact, and health system innovation adoption. Her expertise demonstrates a dedication to addressing healthcare challenges holistically.
